Ensure the implementation of the Financial Accounting function’s objectives, plans, policies & procedures and assuring they serve as basis for all the function’s operations.
• Monitor the operating results of the Financial Accounting function, compare them to established goals and objectives, and report results to the COO.
• Preparing monthly financial statements and all financial reporting with analysis tools which support managerial and financial decision making.
• Ensure that adequate policies & procedures and internal controls are in place for all activities relating to the financial accounting function.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of required statutory financial reports and annual results in accordance with IFRS. Protect and improve the financial integrity of the company.
• Oversee preparation of annual reports. Manage relationships with external auditors.
• Coordinating the preparation of budgets, monitoring of implementation and management of corrective action to ensure achievement of overall budget objectives.
• Maintain the controllers document database (CDD): Standard chart of accounts (SCOA), accounting policy manual (APM), Financial reporting instructions & templates and latest update on IFRS.
• Manage the file of Zakat & VAT obtaining the Zakat and Tax certificate with the assistance of the external auditor office and the VAT monthly report.
• Manage the credit facilities conventions & LC with the financial organization (Banks) to ensure the effective cash management and financing decisions.
• Preparing financial feasibility studies for new production lines and projects, manage the process of the study until completing and providing to the financing authorization such as Saudi industrial development fund (SIDF).
• Manage the financial procedure for the subsidiary companies by issuing the separated and consolidated financial statements and the valuation performance reports
